Home Office Organizing

A cluttered and disorganized home office can be frustrating. The thought of getting it under control can be stressful. I understand and I am here to help!

I follow a simple organizing process to create less cluttered, more productive spaces.

  • SORT - I handle this part. It doesn’t matter how cluttered the space is or how disorganized the items are, I start with a “chunk” and create categories for you.

  • DECLUTTER - This is where you come in. You decide what stays and what goes (keep, donate, recycle, trash, return, move).

  • ORGANIZE - You get a break! I create systems and store items in a way that works best for you and the space. I use the organizing products you have on-hand, but may recommend products that will help make better use of the space.

  • REPEAT - I continue the process for the next “chunk.”

  • DISPOSE - I drop off one car-load of donations, e-waste, or shredding per session. You will receive the tax-deductible donation receipt in your email. I also have a myriad of resources to dispose of items in an environmentally-conscious way.

I work in 4-hour in-person sessions to fit into your busy schedule. You will be amazed at what we can accomplish in 4 focused hours!

$725 - (3) Prepaid 4-Hour Sessions

1-hour virtual sessions are available upon request. These sessions are perfect for organizing a small space, DIY organizing a large space that you need help getting started on (or getting unstuck during), and/or organizing on a budget.

    Thank goodness for Janice! She will get more organizing done in a few hours than I can do in a month (or a year!).     Most important: your secret Awful Room will go from unusable to usable in 4 hours. How this happens? A proprietary blend of Mary Tyler Moore and Seal Team 6. Not kidding. What do you do while MTM and ST6 are boots on the ground? When you hear "we have some decisions to make" it helps if you can do it. This is when the MTM comes in. What do they do when they find Shameful Secrets like Perfectly Preserved Fast Food Cheesecake in a Bookcase (yup). It stays classified. Like I said. Seal Team Six. Hard to explain a professional organizer, but 4 hours with JFAR can accomplish the most difficult of missions. Hope this helps. JFAR is the best. Just the best.
